NJUME builds websites, brands and digital solutions for small and medium-sized businesses — personally led, without unnecessary agency overhead. What we're currently missing is someone who brings in new clients.
What it's about
- Winning new clients for NJUME — outreach, first contact, relationship building
- Researching and qualifying leads (e.g. companies with outdated websites or untapped digital potential)
- Preparing and, where useful, joining initial calls, clarifying needs
- Handing over to the proposal and delivery stage, with close coordination throughout the entire sales process
What you should bring
- Experience in sales or new business development, ideally in an agency or B2B environment
- An independent, self-driven way of working — this is not a call-center job
- Strong communication skills in German, confident presence
- No technical background needed — an understanding of the craft (web design, branding, SEO) is a plus though
